Sign Up for Deep Space

Begin by entering your details on the sign-up page. Here, you'll also see an option to input your project or building name.

Choose Your Payment Method

After pressing next, select your preferred payment method and enter your card details. You'll receive an email with confirmation details shortly after. Deep Space Explorer requires a license for each project, and the system will check your email domain to see if you already have a workspace for your company. If you do, a new project slot will be added to that workspace. If this is your first project, Deep Space will set up a new environment for your project and then notify you.

Deep Space is an integrated platform that uses a number of authentication methods, depending on how you are accessing the platform:

1. Explorer Apps Platform - This is the e-commerce and project apps viewing environment.
2. api.deepspacesync.com - This handles the connection with Deep Space Sync for Revit and some other enterprise features.
3. DS Command - This is an optional configuration system. It uses the "Login with Deep Space" option to log in with api.deepspacesync.com. DS Command is for deep access to BIM data and defining BIM usage.

Onboarding Steps:

1. Welcome to Deep Space

2. Enter the Project Address: Input the address details for your construction project.

3. Download the Autodesk Revit Add-in: Follow our separate guide to download and install the Revit add-in, a crucial BIM software for digital construction and collaboration.

4. Sync Deep Space with Revit Add-in: Now it's time to sync your model, you can easily sync from Revit to Deep Space with the integration of our add-in. Digital Engineering processes required the data, this is how we get it there. Check out this guide for more information on syncing.

5. Update Profile and Invite Teammates: Our platform is built for project teams, update your profile with your company name/organisation and discipline (e.g., architecture, structural engineering). Then, invite your teammates to join Deep Space for enhanced collaboration throughout the project.

6. Add New Team Members: To add new team members, you'll need their name and email address. Note that you can invite teammates at any point during the project's lifespan.
