Ricky Sevta Joins DeepSpace as New CEO

We have an exciting announcement!

As we gear up for our next phase of growth, we’re excited to announce that Ricky Sevta is stepping in as the new CEO of Deep Space.

Ricky brings an impressive track record to the role. As the former Global CRO at Simpro Group, he was instrumental in scaling the company to well over $100 million USD in ARR. He’s also held key leadership positions at Schneider Electric, where he led teams to success in the construction sector.

Previously Ricky has been behind the scenes, lending his expertise from a position on the board. Thus far he has helped our team make some incredible progress with notable milestones being:

• Attracted customers and sparked interest from around the globe, including Hong Kong, the US, the Middle East, the UK, and ANZ
• Developed cutting-edge tech with real-world AI applications
• Built a solid customer success playbook, complete with a new certification program
• Hired some amazingly talented individuals

With Ricky now at the helm, we’re ready to take things to the next level. His extensive experience in construction and tech makes him the perfect fit for our mission: making data not just useful, but essential for construction teams everywhere. Our vision is to make Deep Space  #1 platform for construction intelligence that everyone on major construction and infrastructure sites will not only use but love.

This transition will also allow our founders, Luke and Michael, to zero in on their core strengths. Luke will dive deep into sales and marketing efforts, driving our growth and expanding our reach. Meanwhile, Michael will focus on obsessing over our customers. Both will collaborate closely with industry experts to continue building products that will elevate the industry.

We’re all about transforming construction site operations, enhancing speed, quality, design, cost efficiency, safety, and compliance through smart insights and AI-driven actions.
